Where can I find my PIN code?
The PIN code for your Webshop Giftcard can be found underneath the scratch-off layer on the back of your Webshop Giftcard.

How long is my Webshop Giftcard valid?
Depending on when your Webshop Giftcard was activated, it is valid for 1 or 2 years. You can check the expiry date of your gift card by entering your card number under ‘balance check’.

At which (online) stores can I use my Webshop Giftcard?
You can find all participating (online) stores under ‘where-to-spend’. New participating stores are added regularly, so we recommend checking the website from time to time or subscribing to the newsletter to stay informed about new online stores where you can use your gift card.

Can I transfer the value of my Webshop Giftcard to multiple gift cards?
Yes, you can. When transferring the value, you can adjust the amount you wish to transfer. During the transfer process, click ‘choose another amount’ and select the amount you want to transfer to an e-gift card from the online store of your choice. The remaining balance will stay on your Webshop Giftcard and can then be transferred in the same way, within the validity period, to an e-gift card from another online store.

Can I switch to a different (online) store after transferring the value?
Once you have redeemed your Webshop Giftcard, the transaction cannot be reversed. During the redemption process, you will be asked to confirm that you are sure you want to transfer the value to the selected online store and that the action is irreversible. Unfortunately, once the value of your Webshop Giftcard has been redeemed, you can no longer switch to another online store.

What amount can be loaded onto a gift card?
A Webshop Giftcard can be loaded with any amount of your choice, with a minimum value of €7.50 and a maximum value of €150.

Yes, this is possible. You must, of course, return the item within the applicable returns period. Make sure you keep the gift card you used for payment until you have received your ordered item(s) and are certain that you wish to keep them. Some online stores do not refund the amount in cash, but instead credit it back to the gift card.

If you ordered an item or service with a purchase value higher than the amount available on your gift card and paid the remaining amount using, for example, iDEAL or a credit card, the amount you paid via iDEAL or credit card will be refunded to your account in the event of a return.

Can I return an item that I ordered and paid for using a Webshop Giftcard?
Some online stores charge a fee for returns, while others do not. Specific conditions may also apply to exchanging or returning discounted items, and there may be requirements regarding how returns must be registered.

By law, online stores are not permitted to charge consumers the original shipping costs when an order is returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product you ordered, only the cost of sending the product back is your responsibility. This means that the online store must refund the full purchase price, including the shipping costs you originally paid to the online store.

Always make sure to carefully review the terms and conditions and returns policy of the relevant online store before placing an order, so you know what to expect.

My Webshop Giftcard came from an Ultimate Giftbox and is not active. What should I do?
Ultimate Giftboxes containing physical gift cards can no longer be redeemed. As this is an older product of ours, the one-year redemption period has now long since expired.
